Only after approval, the product is professionally packed for safe delivery.

We use premium packaging materials —
- Multi-layer bubble wrap
- Foam safety sheets
- Heavy-grade corrugated boxes
- to ensure your sculpture reaches you in perfect condition.
3. Delivery Across India
- We ship to almost every location in India using trusted logistic partners.
- Delivery charges depend on product weight, dimensions & destination.
- A tracking ID is shared for every shipment so you can monitor your order anytime.
4. Store Pickup Facility
If you prefer, you can collect your order directly from our Jaipur showroom.
We will notify you once the product is ready.

5. Transit Insurance
All shipments are fully insured.
In case of any transit issue, we will assist you with replacement or refund as per your preference.
Handling Damage Claims
We pack with utmost care, but if any product is damaged during delivery:
- Inform us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment
- Share clear photographs/videos of the damaged area & packaging
- Our team will initiate the insurance claim and resolve the issue quickly
